Army Guard to USMC

Hello, I am currently a Private First Class in the Army National Guard. I'm wanting to switch to the USMC and earn the title of Marine. I have a few questions.

First, is the USMC taking prior service at the moment? Secondly, my MOS is 13B cannon crewmember, if I were to go into the USMC and got an 0800 slot would I have to redo MOS school? And lastly, I know I'd be knocked down to E-2 when I switch, but would my prior service help in getting my E-3 faster?
