summer boot camp before senior year?

My son will be 18 before school lets out in June. He will be a senior NEXT year, though (I held him back years ago). He told me he could go through boot camp this summer, come back and finish high school, then go back to be a Marine right after graduation.

Is this true???

LOL Absolutely NOT TRUE...
You MUST have a HS diploma to enlist in the Marine Corps, or at minimum a GED with I think 15 college credits.
Sounds like your son is doing some very wishful thinking. All you have to do is call a Marine recruiter to get the skinny.
