    Extra checks

    Well less than 5 months till I ship and now after a random meeting with an Fbi agent for another backround check. (they called my neighbors) and I passed this about 4 months ago. I have been selected for 2 more backround and path to graduation checks. Who picks these? My nose is clean just questioning why so many I know plenty pooles without any of these. Merry Christmas.

    That actually happened to me when I enlisted. I asked the agent why I was picked and she sayed the Marine Corps randomly chooses 20% of those who enlist and does a more extensive investigation on them. I ended up with a Secret Clearance out of it so as long as you havn't been in trouble i'd be happy about it. Ask the agent why you got picked and see if you get the same answer.
