Hello I'm Jeff I'll start out with my stats. I'm 71'' 213. My IST is 14 Pull-ups 77 Sit-ups and a 11 min. mile and a half. My leave date for boot camp is the 7th of January. I need too weigh at or under 195 by then. I have the PT part down but I need diet advice. I have cut 99% of carbs and starches out and I eat like a supermodel within reason. Every day I have an egg sandwich then an apple or 2 at lunch and I am trying to find out what i should eat for dinner. I don't need variety or flavor i'll have plenty of time to eat well when I'm a Marine. My original plan was to find a good and balanced salad recipe and just eat that every night till then. I really want to avoid losing muscle or cutting weight because I don't want my IST standards to suffer I would like for them to improve. Any advice/recipes/personal experiences are welcome!
