    What are my chances of getting Enlisted Aircrew?

    The jobs list recently came in all the AG(Enlisted Aircrew) MOS spots are gone with one opening in late 2012/early 2013. I leave next month and I'm guessing my only hope of getting it is if somebody in the recruiting district either changes their MOS or drops out. Is their any way I can get this MOS either now or once I get to the fleet? Also my recruiter is working on getting me the only AF(Aviation Maintenance) contract left and I was curious if you could move up to Crew Chief from their or not.
