Questions about deployments to afghanistan

Just 2 questions. One, how can i find a unit that is about to deploy to afghanistan and question number two, how can i get attached to that unit for the deployment? I am also a reservist, motor t operator for more information.

you need to talk with your chain of command and your S-3(training and operations shop) at your unit. that's what they are there for and can tell you what you need to know
