wrongful punishment need help
hey I'm a lcpl i was caught with a bottle of vodka in my barracks room i know i was wrong and have to be punished which is fine but my platoon sgt is making me stand duty as a punishment as well as getting a 6105 or possible njp i know giving duty as a punishment is a wrongful order but need help finding the marine corps article that states so if any 1 could help it'd be appreciated

Bottom line up front, he can do whatever he thinks is neccessary. That means NJP, extra duty, extra police duties, doesn't matter. Daily room inspections. Doesn't matter.
Time to sack up and just deal with it. This, too, shall pass.
I weep for what this country is becoming, and fear for my children and grandchildren's future if any more democrats gain national office. We lose more and more freedoms every single day to creeping nannystatism and those who vote for Democrats only want to increase that. Anyone voting for a 'dem' is someone who likely wants to take everything YOU have worked for and mortgage your kids future as well.
