    Question about campaign stars for ICM

    Here is the situation:

    Marine is awarded GWOTE for Iraq deployment in 2003. Keeps the GWOTE when the ICM is introduced. Awarded the ICM in 2009. Does the Marine rate 2 campaign stars or just the one since the GWOTE is covering the first campaign period?

    Based on my reading of the reg, only one star should be worn.
