Wink Son Lost 100+ to enlist

30 Years ago I enlisted in the Marine Corps. Last December (2011) my youngest son who was 19 looked at me and said, I am going to get in shape and enlist in the Marine Corps. He is 6'5" and around 350lbs at that time. As a former recruiter I encouraged him but understood that no many accomplish this when they have so much to lose.
June 29th, 2012 he enlisted - not only did he lose 106lbs but he was able to complete the run in 26 minutes, 3 pull-ups, and 80 crunches. He focused on a healthy diet, exercised (P90X twice). He doesn't ship off until January 2013 so he has time to increase his PFT.

Just had to share this with my fellow Devil Dogs.
