You come onto this Ask A Marine forum, as your question, get detailed information, and your response is excuses and been there and done that?
What the....!! Did I tell you to go run with your HS cross-country team? No. I told you to see your coach, get his program and follow it. I coach cross-country! You said you are going to run cross-country. I am not going to give advice to conflict with a coach.
So I don't give a rat's azz if your job conflicts, you can get his/her program and follow it at 0400 hours!!!
You weight 155 and you can max the pull-ups? Well...good for you. How about a "Thank you!" Huh?
This is not a come to site and take, take, take. Show some respect. Address Marines properly, and take the advice or leave it, but do not, I repeat, do not throw out excuses.
