    Happy days

    21 June 1967 Joined the United States Marine Corps. Boot camp; Parris Island SC.
    21 June 1968 Wounded in action by enemy mortar fire.
    21 June 1969 Married my bride of 43 years.

    Today is my anniversary. I love you Sue more today than yesterday, but not as much as tomorrow.,

    It would seem that the number 21 plays a significant role in your life Doug. Congratulations to you and Sue for this anniversary and all to follow. You folks are fortunate to have each other.
