All weather coat enlisted rank

Afternoon Marines,
Im squaring away my uniforms today. I put on my rank on my all weather coat on the collars based on a booklet I bought a year ago that says the regulations for your uniforms. When I went to double check with my roommates, they said that enlisted rank goes on the collars now just like officers for the all weather coat. Can someone please confirm what is the current regs on wear enlisted rank on the all weather coat goes now? Thanks!
