    Plt. 3089 SD-MCRD 1973 - we were issued white skivvies. I never wore green skivvies. It cam after my time in the Corps - 1977. Grey PT shorts and tennis shoes.

    BOOT CAMP- 1962 - White Skivies Tops & bottoms. Only person I ever saw wearing a Green t-shirt was the Recon Captain who spoke to my group after ITR at Camp Geiger

    June 69...MCRD SD.... white skivvies (boxers of course) in one size...that fit no one.
