What I'm I able to do? Admin Sep
First off happy mothers day to all the mothers out there.
I am being admin sep for medical condition not disability.
Over a year ago I started treating my back for these pains I was having in my lower back and legs. In that year I had gone through 2 months physical therapy, 3 steroid injections, nerve, block. And after pushing to be on limited duty (Recomened by my doctor at the army base I have been getting treatment at) since I was on lite duty for over +100 days the Assistant Surgeon though it would be best if I was admin sep. Said that there is no more treatment options, no surgery, and that he could not find the source of my back pain.
All of which were proven wrong, I did 2 more treatments and had surgery done all at this other army base. My doctor over at this army base saw that I had 2 slight bulging discs and 2 degenerative discs. And as far as the surgery I have a Spinal Cord Simulator in my back that controls my pain.
I am still not on limited duty
I am still being admin sep
I went done to base legal and following there instructions, I requested mast to get a MEB. After the request mast I still have not gotten a MEB. They said they talked to the surgon and he said my MEB would just get sent back. This isnt making sense if I have these wires in my spine and a battery in my a** cheek.
Said I go full duty or admin sep. I'm fine with going full duty ill get back into the fight but I cant deploy with this in my back since I have to recharge this every week.
What am I able to do next?
PS: not sure if am in the fight forms if am not ill re post.

First observation
Your profile looks better than some--- still a little needed ,but not a blank---
You are on the right track with request mast
The answers you need have to come from your unit
I'm sure there will be additional advice-- but revert to use your chain of command
At first glance the Military needs to pay you a medical disability for life or find you a job
You can do ---- just my first impression.

First off, we are not docs, lawyers, etc., so anything we say is just an opinion based on what you state.
My thought is, based on what you indicate, it doesn't add up. If you have a neuro-stimulator in your back, two unresolved bulging disks, you are not fit for duty, and the push to for you to accept an admin sep isn't the direction this case should be going.
I agree with Apache. Continue on the request mast route, and don't stop there.
Additionally, I am not sure who you spoke with at base legal, but I would go back there and ask to speak with an attorney. See if the attorney can directly assist you beyond request mast.
If the doctors you are seeing are Army, get a second opinion. Go to a Naval Hospital, initially for the purpose of treatment.
The bulging disks, are the pre-existing before military service? (Don't answer that on this thread.) But if they were, that might be why the admin sep.
Barring that, my initial gut reaction, if I found myself in this situation is I would say, fine, I'll go back to full duty. Then return to full duty. And if and when issue arose, make it clear that your limitations are due to a medical condition.
Don't give up and accept the admin. If this is as you say and it occurred while on active duty, it is medical, and you have to stick to your guns.
