New Marine PMCU Help

I just graduated boot camp on Friday, and I was trying to get into the Pacific Marine Credit Union's website, but i cant figure out what my member # or password is. Can anyone help me with loging in?

Nobody here can help you with that. You had to establish an account number and password when you opened the account initially.

Is there a 1-800 number you can call and tell them your problem? It's possible they can e-mail you a temporary password and your account number but you'll have to be able to prove to them you are who you say you are (that's for your own protection so a stranger cannot access your account). They may say you have to visit an office in person and show an ID.

You need to keep a record somewhere of all your account numbers/passwords so you can access them when needed (but nobody else can). You are still learning.

My reccomendation, get rid of pacific marine and go with USAA or Navy Fed. Unless you are going to get stationed in California or on the west coast you arent really going to find branches anywhere. USAA and Navy Fed are more plentiful and are in more areas especially around Marine bases or bases in general. Then if you need to go into a branch you can go in there and you dont have to do everything over the phone or online. Im at MOS school in VA all the West Coast Marines are finding it hard to do banking or the like most of them are changing their bank because it isnt anywhere around here.
