BAH for dependent while in Marines

Okay so this situation is rather complicated, but here I go. I am currently going into the DEP, and I am getting married prior to shipping off for boot camp. Will that possibly push my ship date back? And my fiancee (to be wife at that point) will be attending a university, in a different state and living on campus housing (through financial aid, scholarships). Do I still get BAH payments for her while she is living there? And for next year she will still be at the same university but then I will be paying for an apartment for her. Does that become my permanent address or will it still be based off my duty station?

Also im searching and im coming up with various things about '

geographic bachelors'. So just an added question, ill check with my recruiter as well to see what he says, if im stationed say in North Carolina at camp lejeune, and my wife is living in Knoxville, Tennessee, will I get BAH for her while at the barracks? Or would I have to reside off base?
