Just the other day the space shuttle Discovery made it
last flight to the air and space museum in D.C. And it marked the end of an area, now there names are recorded in the
American book of history, Enterprise, Discovery, Atlantis,
Endeavour, and the two that ended in tragedy and for there
crews, Challenger and Columbia. These are the most
complex machines ever built by man. And so I would like to
take you back to a time of joy and sadness, to a time when
you might have imagined yourself on the deck of the star
ship Enterprise sometime in the future. To the men & women
who made this all possible.
