This was in Russia, and it happened on February 24,2012. I got it too, and went to Snoops to see if it was for real or not, and it is! Evidently this is a bad stretch of road, that has lots of fatal accidents on it...Still pretty wild to watch

For 5 years I commuted 140 miles round trip with most of it on a 4 lane highway. Only difference is there was a 30 foot median and for most of the way some sort of barrier in that median. Saw my share of accidents and at least once a season, I would have my own pucker moment, but none were anywhere near that type of destruction.

I am not sure, but I think I saw the driver of the black truck up on the corner of the hood of the semi.

I got that from someone last week, it is unbelievable to watch, I've never heard of a vehicle vaporizing like that.
