    medic/emt?

    I know the marines don't have an MOS to become a medic, but i have heard you can take a course?

    Also do corpsman get tagged onto recon units? or is there such a thing as a recon medic.

    I've heard of ranger medics in the army. I was wondering if that is the same basis with the marines.

    The Marines don't have "medics",they have Navy Hospital Corpsman.

    A qualified HM attached to Marine RECON would be a HM-8427.

    The course you are thinking of is 'Combat Lifesaver'. If you need it, you'll get assigned.
