    I got out in '85 and only now I'm looking into buying my first home, checked in with the state VA and BOOM! qualified for a little over 400k After all's said and done going to look into medical too! God Bless the VA!

    Make sure that if you are a DVet with a rating percentage, you are waived the VA Lending Fee.
