And I work with 'younger' Marines several times a month, and am well aware of what 'you guys' are doing, and have done. But I also know how my 'older' comrades think, since I also work with them, and am a 'straddler' of that generation.

BTW this point/counterpoint was going on long before EITHER of us were Marines, between the Vietnam generation and the WWII generation. So this is nothing new.
