Accelerated Fitrep....Briefed?

I recently received an accelerated fitness report from my RS. I am not in zone according to the Maradmin for this years SSGT board, but with the accelerated fitrep, I should be considered for promotion this year regardless right?

All the PES manual states is that I will be in the "Below Zone". What I can not figure out is do the below zone Marines get briefed and considered for promotion? I really don't know how the below zone works.

I have heard a different answer from everyone I have asked to include my SNCOIC to my SgtMaj to my OIC.....

ALL SERGEANTS WHO HAVE BEEN PROPERLY RECOMMENDED FOR ACCELERATED PROMOTION ON FITNESS REPORTS WITH PERIODS ENDING BETWEEN 19 JUL 2010 THROUGH 18 JUL 2011 WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR ACCELERATED PROMOTION BY THE SELECTION BOARD.

Seems pretty black and white there. Whats the question? Have you been properly recommended for accelerated promotion on your fitrep with period ending between 19 Jul 2010 through 18 Jul 2011?

Worked for me as a SSgt and got promoted to GySgt, so yes, you will be briefed and considered during the promotion board.
