AG contract in depth question

Hello, I just have a quick couple of questions.

1) I have been looking into signing an AG contract enlisted air crew I was wondering what "A" and "C" schools are?

2) Also say I did get to become a crew chief after MCRDSD and MCT will the training that I receive be enough starting ground to transfer into a civilian helicopter or fixed wing mechanic?
