    Anyone leaving on 20130128? at Jessica, things that have helped me is to run more, not look down, work on my breathing (in through your nose, our through your mouth, making sure to breathe from your diaphragm), opening my stride, and trying to not focus on the fact that I'm running.

    My recruiter had me go to the track and sprint a lap/ jog a lap for a total of two miles, the next week I had to increase the distance by a half mile, but after that just focus on increasing your speed and not the distance. I dropped my time by over a minute on my IST. Also, it helps to think about everything that is not related to running, getting in the "zone" can help a lot.

    3 mile run 25:38
    Now I'm working on running 3 miles in 22 minutes before Febraury. And stronger FAH and crunches.
