USS Princeton LPH-5.....
Greensideout and maybe a few others will appreciate this pic.

I was on the USS Princeton LPH 5 in 1965. I, we made the landing at Chu-Lai on 7 May 65 with 1/4. I was with Whiskey 3/12.

Hey ggyoung.....
There's few of us left.
I was on the Princeton from Feb. - April '66.
Off loaded at Chu Lai Sunday May 8, 1966.....thanks to the detailed AAR I found for my unit (W/2/11) being with BLT 1/5.
We only used the Howtar version on two Ops from the Princeton being Jackstay and Osage.
After that we used the M30 base plate version for all subsequent Ops.
