DSCP/Creighton Shirt Sizing

I'm ditching the boot camp DSCP chucks service shirts and I want to buy some Creightons. Problem is they aren't sized the same (DSCP goes by numbers where as Creighton goes by small, med, large, etc.). I have a 16 1/2 chucks shirt which is too big and a 15 1/2 x 34 bravo shirt which is too small around the neck. Does anyone know what size Creightons I should buy?

Go try them on. When I bought mine, I still had to take them to the tailor and had to have them taken in. They do look a heel of a lot better.

I'm a 16.5 and I wear a large creighton. Lot of extra material around the waist, but fits neck and shoulders.

Long sleeves went by measurements when I bought mine.
