    80's Yellow PT shirt

    I am retiring from the Corps in 2 months and i want to wear an old school yellow pt shirt with red USMC letters on the front at my going away. SIZE XL. Cheap gucci shoes
    If anybody has one for sale…..new or used…..i’m buying.

    Correct and 3rd battalion wore blue ones. I find it a little strange that someone would want to wear a t-shirt to a retirement ceremony. Anyone else find that a bit odd?

    Does any one know where I can purchase the type of PT shirts the drill instructors wore during training. back in 82' when I was in the Corps, 1st Battalion wore red shirts, 2nd Battalion wore yellow and 3rd Battalion wore blue Battalion shirts. I would love to have one.

    As I recall back in 1962 (Platoon 350) we wore yellow "sweatshirts". Don't know when they changed over to "tee shirts".

    You should try to find some of those red shorty shorts with gold USMC on the front to go with that PT shirt.I recieved the pt uniform but 3RD Btn. never got to wear them
