Bob you're only 46. That makes you an OFIT (Old Fart in Training). It gets better with age. Well, no it doesn't but the alternatives really s$ck

Go to an open area.
Lay down.
See if you can get on your feet without using something to pull you up.
If you can get up, you are not old.
If you cannot, then welcome to the "Old Farts Club."

I mean who knows...maybe it was the reason you got out. It's OK thought, they did away with "don't ask don't tell" so now you should be good to try and go back in!
