    Thumbs up The Pesident's 3 Mile Run!

    Our 55 year old President ran a three mile White House race/run in 20:29! My fastest time when I was 20 was only 22:17. That's what I call leadership by example!

    I think the Commander-in-Chief would have time for a head call and the chance to slam down a Gatorade before I crossed the line.

    The former president used to go out running and stop at McDonald's on the way and get a few Egg McMuffins or pancakes for the jog back. I could beat him easily. I guess I now need to train to beat the Commander-in-Chief. Apparently, it is no longer a "cake walk."
