For the FBI that would Be the IC3 Department the CID and NCIS also has a department dedicated to these issues the Problem is that they get 10,000 hits a day.
Although they do Flag individuales when they keep seeing the same ISN or email tag

Roger Wook I have been told by very good Intel that it is a Marine and is under investigation but I too have Concerns as to this Particular Source That is why I have deferred to IC3 and the Missing and Exploited children they have the funds to fix it if it goes wrong

He put up a video of him in uniform showing dd214 or something, cos someone said no way does a marine act lie that, he has now hidden his profile and videos..he said he served in hawaii
I thought maybe he was just dressing up and had a fake uniform , thats why I came here to this thread...The police cant do nothing cos I am in the uK..it has been reported and interpol have to act..which they say they will, but obviously they got bigger fish to fry, contacted the ICC ut have not heard anything back

I have a hard time believing this story. Sorry, call me cynical but my gut isn't buying this. There is no proof of anything you are saying, just a link to a blog that doesn't support anything you say. I could be wrong and I have before, but I don't think this time.

I think there some motive here that's not being revealed.

I need proof.
