I was just looking over the current unit awards manual and I have a question. I was detached from 9th comm to the 13th MEU command element. In the awards manual there is a MUC for 9th comm attached to the 13th MEU as well as a MUC for the 13th MEU command element for my deployment. Do I rate both?
