My PT consists of walking 7 miles per day, 40 push-ups, 10 reps of 25 of crunches and 3 pull-ups (working on that, i assure you) and yes my Recruiter is PT'ing the living Hell out of me. And my diet...

I know its kind of pushy and naive to lose that amount of weight in 3 months, but i only got 8 months before i ship, and i know that nothing can prepare me for Boot Camp, physically or mentally, but...

I recommend doing this 2 hours straight everyday::banana:
It burns more calories than you think.
