oh man i got my first ever shin splints a month ago from going running with the other poolees on freaking hills(pavement). rested and applied ice for a week. i dont pt everyday... your body needs...

What on earth are you doing here? You should be in bed trying to sleep. I know its going to be hard because you are all excited and all, but do not forget you going to up 48hours when you get there....
