i was bad and bought a pack to smoke at the hotel the day before i leave lol. theyre not all for me tho, one other poolee is gonna help me with em haha

have you seen that commercial? theres like 50 side effects lol id stay away from that. cold turkey is the way to go

and quitting cigarettes is mostly MENTAL! you have to want to quit like bombard said..getting thru the first 3 days is the hardest. after that theres no tobacco in your system for the most part and...

i quit cold turkey two weeks ago..i can already feel the difference in my lungs and feels alot better when i run!
