I did them almost every day in boot camp, especially when we went up north to Camp Pendleton. Only made me stronger, so I would think you should be just fine doing them every day.

I'll be attending the same Mini Boot Camp in Minnesota...if you hear us shouting COON RAPIDS then you know that's our RSS :evilgrin:

I just had an awesome PT yesterday, we did drill and marching and walking in formation. We also did the "Cock,Drill" etc ... The guys at my RSS (Coon Rapids MN) are all in pretty damn good shape. ...

Is the show good enough to watch? I suppose I could just google a review of it..

Also I think that increasing the minimum is great. I've heard that you can prepare physically for Boot Camp, but you'll never be able to mentally prepare for it. I heard it's just a culture shock...

Does this apply for Minnesotan residents as well? I can do 5 pull ups and 60 crunches easily. It'd be great to know if the IST minimum requirements have increased for everyone or just a few states.

Just put in 110%. You will benefit from working out man, you should try to do it every day.

I have friends in the Marine Corps and Army & Air Force, I figured I would join the best of the best... Although all branches serve a purpose. Above all I joined to become a Marine.
