And, if she refused. Looks like we are forgetting this is a civilian we are talking about who happens to have been or is married to a Marine and is either wearing it as to show support for her...

If she is the wife of a MSGT. she has probably been in the Corps for at least 20 years. What's the big deal if she wears his chevron. She earned it raising his kids.
