Seems to me you were too lazy to properly diet and do proper PT sessions in order to lose weight during your time in the DEP, and now your only option is to fast...

You be surprised how many people dont know how to properly hydrate. It can be the difference between passing or failing the IST, being hydrated gives you that endurance, that push you need to push...
