its not ever impossible to push back your ship date... imo i say push it back... if your recruiter is unwilling to do it... talk to another recruiter at the station or the SNCOIC

my advice to you is go reserves.. finish college as a reservist and use ur gi bill and then commission after... that way you have prior service experience when you commission and you get to go to...

the best this is to call your recruiter... the empcoa (enemys most probable course of action) for this situation is you will be help from bootcamp until this is setteled.. does your recruiter know...

ill anwer you... they cant talk to you until your 16 so when your 16 would be a good time.. also that no profile no answers is kinda stupid in my opinion... .. this is here to help people not limit...

you know what.. i wanted to do the same thing before i left... but my words of wisdom to you are... your sleep habits will be reset the first week of bootcamp when you are up for a week straight......

some negative effects would be
1) when you graduate. adjusting back to a more relaxed life is hard and takes a while
2) standing at parade rest for everything... i still do it sometimes
