lol yeah I know. With an IST like mine I would've thought it could've gone unsaid that an 18:00 3 mile is a long term goal.

Realistically, I'd like to get my run under 11:00, of course eventually getting a 18:00 3 mile. My secondary goals are to get the last 5 pullups and 15 situps I need to max those areas.

I'm not them, but I'm pretty sure they meant 'crazy' as being exceptional, above and beyond the call, worthy of praise etc. And not 'crazy' as being derogatory or offensive.
