Sept did not get eliminated, however there is only 1 ship date in Sept as apposed to 3 originally I believe, I was supposed to leave on Sept 8th and was moved to 21 or 24? as of right now I believe.

From what I have heard from Master Sergeant the Sept Ship date has been cancelled. Ill get more info tommorow as I was supposed to leave first week of sept, so well see how it goes.

As far as I know going into boot you are a Recruit, that being said you are not a Marine. Upon successful completion boot/graduation you can be awarded your Rank of PFC. I believe it is 12 college...
