Not sure if this is the best place to post this. I wish there was a fitness subsection. I created a D.I.Y page on my site with three types of home made pull up bars.
I dont see U.S Marines on those cammies. Plus the women on the right looks like she is itching her face on here shoulder.
What branch of service would wear utilities in a parade?

We had a bench press and pullup bar we used it.
Ya i post on there a lot. There are many muscles that help with pullups triceps chest shoulders, best way to get better is to do pullups.
I would stay away from lat pull downs if you are already able to do pull-ups.
A good pull-up can be done 2-3 days in a row. If you go 3 days you should take 2 days off.
