Personally i like it when our recruiters scream at us just like down on PI... its alot more Motivating than normal workouts... but if you want a good workout try Tabada!

You deffinatley wanna be doing alot of running because from what my cousins have told me from their expeirences thats all you will be doing most of the time neways...
but any good long and harsh...

Is it possible for a Marine straight out of basic to try out for Marine Recon?
or is do you have to wait until you are asked to try out for Marine Recon?
