i found a great website that allows you to map out your run in your area. it will tell you the distance and also can give you a street view. this is really good if you dont have a track nearby....

thanks everyone for the replies.. he was talking about some supplements called nano vapor and NO xplode. im havnt made a decision yet, more reserch at hand i guess.
