Good Morning all !!!
Been watching the courage from 9/11 on TV and thought back to what I was doing that very day.. I was in the middle of feeding cattle at the time we had 95,550 head of Cattle we were feeding. Wasn't able to comprehend what exactly happened at the time but as time went forward it became very clear that someone need to pay for the attack on the twin towers. It still bothers me that the one azz-hole thats behind this is still able to in flick terror and hasn't been killed. We need to, sorry to say Nuke them till they f*cking glow Nuke them till they f*cking glow.

Hell yes I remember what I was doing as if it had happened just yesterday!! I was talking to a quilter on MSN Messenger, who lived in VA., and just by coincidence was a Marine spouse. George and John had gone to Ft. Smith for something. Had KMAG radio station (country) and they were saying something about plane flying into the towers. Rosalie (quilter) told me another network was carrying a better coverage than the one I was watching and so flipped over to that one and listen to that one. I was listening to Dan Rather (CBS) and he was crying!!
I stayed mad for the rest of the day and for several days at that!! I'm still mad at them ;;;;;;;;;;;s for doing that and will never forgive them either!!

I was in work. One of my co-workers called down and said something was going on in NYC. Since I have full access in and out on the computers I tried to check it out, but the connections to NYC were a mess, so I switched to Philadelphia and my buddy tried Wash. DC. We got through and and saw what was going on. We opened up the outbound firewall and bypassed the web filtering for the entire company so everyone could see. Some of our people had spouses and relatives in the Twin Towers and surrounding area. I got the TV out of the storage area, set it up in the lunch room and told the building it was there. Wasn't long till upper management realized no one was doing anything and everyone had a "so fire me" attitude. They closed the entire company (we had three buildings at the time) and sent us home.

I guess it really sank in on my drive home. Ya see, on RT. 35 I drive over a lift bridge that lets ya look out across Raritan Bay and into lower NYC harbor. I could always see lower Manhattan and the towers on the way home. That day, there was just smoke. You could smell it all the way over in Jersey.

Good morning!! Dang! Can't sleep!! Tried to go sleep, but every time I doze off I remember something and eyes pop open!! grrrrr!! hate these kind of nights!! Wend down to see John yesterday and him not knowing it and naturally he was surprised. Didn't take none of his things cause him leaving hasn't been finalized yet. They have found another nursing home in Little Rock they are talking to now. The whole time we were there, John was having petite mal seizure left and right and I knew right away he was going to have a grand mal soon. Let the nurse know it. Guess we were there for about 2 hr. and he started having them worse and so I decided to leave and had him go lay back to his room and get to bed. Dam, he was going to have one any time and let the nurse know it. Nurse let me coaxed him to bed, and then we left. That hurt me to leave that, but he is doing real so much better!! I know I talk a lot about him, but I am dam proud of my son!! :) Hope ya'll understand!! I'm glad we got out of Little Rock when we did cause the traffic was lining up on I-430 something terrible. Could see the Razorback stadium from UAMS. They won another game tonight I think. Well, better go back to bed to see if I can get some shut eye. Take care and God bless all.

Morning Jarheads,
Couldn't sleep good so I got up
59 with light rain. It rained all day yesterday
Karen is still in Va and been there since Wednesday, boy do me and the animals miss her. She isn't coming home until Tomorrow.
Waffles, strawberries and choc milk for breakfast with 3 pieces of bacon.

Good morning! Had a restless sleep all through the night. I wonder what that was all about? Anyhow, now that I am up, prayers and well wishes out going to all of our men and women in uniforn who are in peril or discomfort. Prayers and well wishes outgoing to all of you.
What's for breakfast? Rye toast with jam and a cup of coffee. It's too early for the Sunday paper so I think I will just watch a little television or maybe lay back down and try to doze off before the sun rises.

Pancakes, eggs, sausage and coffee start the day. It's just me and the big dumb dog up this time on a Sunday. He probably wouldn't have gotten up if he hadn't smelled sausage cooking.

Once Buddy and I finish our breakfast, think we'll roust Kyle. Once we feed his bottomless pit, maybe the dumb dog and I can convince him to jump in the boat and see if the bass have anything interesting to say today.
