Good Morning! Hope you had a chance to celebrate our birthday yesterday.
Today, so far, had been a history lesson for our kids. They, again, learned the history of Veterans Day and we have watched a couple shows on UNC-EX. Right now the show is about D-Day called Living Battlefields. It's pretty good.
Tonight I go to VA Beach to deliver to 18 7-Elevens.
Enjoy this day.

Thanks Phantom Blooper,Big Parade in N.Y.C.-I watched it on TV.Kind of miss the Service,real bad.Not the same as I was,but some how felt cheated,not being in the Parade today.I didn't Do enough to be in it.That's my Fault.That Pride for the Marines,never goes away.They Played the Marine Corps Theme on CoasttoCoast.It sent chills through me.The Time I spent in the Marines was the Best Time I had in the Service.I was more alive than I am today.There's Just Something Special about the MARINE CORPS.I only met one person at the James J. Peters V.A.Medical Center-that didn't like the Marines.I guess he has his reasons-I don't Judge-but I LOVE the U.S.M.C. and I have a Lifetime Call UP. Just want to say I have Great Pride and Respect to have Been Attached as a Corpsman to the Marines.They called me Squid,I don't mind at all.The Marines and Corpsman in All the Wars are My Hero's.I will never Forget Them and Honor Them Forever.As You Marines Say "Freedom isn't Free",I know that.

Scrambled eggs, with sweet onions, texas pete, cheese, tad of milk with bacon, grits, toast with strawberry jelly, green tea to wash it all down.
Need to work today and wire a barn but I'm too tired so I just sitting here trying to recharge this old body.

Morning All, Left over steak with eggs and coffee for morning chow. Gotta get the place ready for winter this weekend. Clean the leaves out of the gutters, put the lawn mower away for the season, and get the snowblower tuned, started, and ready. Two more weeks till seasonal layoff at work. Can't wait.

Debateing whether to blow the neighbors leaves back into his yard or out into the street for the city to worry about. Only trees in my yard are evergreens but invariably every fall I get all the neighbors leaves blown into my yard. Guess I could vacuum them up and take em to the leaf drop off, but why do I always have to clean up the neighbors mess?

Best part of waking up is coffee in my cup and getting laid!:beer:
