Well Good afternoon to all and I hope everyone has a fine day going on.
I know I will in about 2 hours I'll be heading to Canon City ,Co. to enlist into the Marine Corps League there.
It's the closest one in my area of S.W. Kansas.
I'm really looking forward to my trip 5 Hours up and then 5 hours back I should sleep well tonight. will let you know how the trip went.

Well I made it back from Colorado OK at least, Got sworn in and paid my dues and now I a full Marine Corps League Member.
I very tired but unable to hit the sack just yet I'm all jazzed up from the trip. Saw several Antelope and Deer along the road going up and coming back saw deer by the road also. Had one great time met everyone there almost but all in all I meet the most of all the members out there.
Oh yea ,By the way Good morning everyone we have 47° right now and clouds over head.
Time to turn out the lights the party's over. later all ans Semper Fi

Well Up-date on my shoulder. Sorry to say I'm not able to play My guitars any more and I've had to sell them and get rid of My pool cues too. I had two surgeries and they both failed to work and now I'm unable to raise my left arm up too play my guitars any more or play pool. Good thing I'm right hand or I would be screwed.
Now I have dedicated almost all my time looking for and help Marines find there Platoon books plus volunteering at the American legion helping with the Post.
I was very sad and tried to co-op with the lost of the use of my left arm but had a very hard time. Thank God My wife stayed with me most women would have left my butt.
I truly have a Saint for a wife. Still find it hard to believe it but every time I try to use it, it fails me.
I'm taken it one day at a time.

Been looking forward to finding my fellow Marine Brothers from boot camp but no luck accept one and he and I write every now and then to keep up. he lives in Pa. and he retired as the Sheriff. Hope you all have a find day.
