Was just reminded of GSEMarine94. Has anyone heard from him since he was deployed to AzzCrackistan?
Good Morning to all, almost feels like spring...44 degrees.
Have a great day and week end.
Gung Ho,
Ray
Good Morning Everyone-23 degrees here going up to 42 degrees-you know your getting older-when you sit on a bench-in or outside a park-and just watch people -Do Their Thing.......Hobbies help-Keep Busy-Of Cause Watching the Girls walk by make you feel vital.I'm sure RhodeIsland-does more than just watch.Take care Everyone and try to have a wonderful day-I'm going to try that myself.....Hello Linda-How you Doing?-Speak to you All later.AlwaysWaysWillBe try to get a Transgentile view of the shoulder-it will show if you have damage or calcium in the joint space....Bless You All and Semper Fi-Always...................................
Always will be-It's called an Axial View of the Shoulder.Sometimes this has to be repeated if it's done the hard ways.My way is to lean-over the X-ray table-extend your arm in a palm side down-and really stretch forward to get the shoulder joint-in the digital image-if they have a digital machine. There are two other ways to do this-but this one is less radiation to the body and come out usually the first time it's extended..Hope you see this before you get to the X-ray table-The other views of the shoulder are now usually done standing and the tech will pull your arm down-not for people with suspected fractures-Da some techs are dumb-and still try to pull the arm down.Tell us what views you had .They only want to do three views usually.Internal-rotation,External-rotation,and the Y-view to show the Scapula...The Axial view is very important to see what's going on in the joint.I'm not showing off here-Just want to get you the best Diagnosis-Brother
AlwaysWillBe-you already had the X-rays-Pardon Me-I read to quickly.........................
Well-for People that will have shoulder radiographs in the future-It's Valuable Info-Axial and Transgental are the same thing.
Good Morning everyone, just got back from donating plasma and it is cold and windy, Semper Fidelis.
Well it's morning anyway. Cold, cloudy, and dreary, but morning anyway ya look at it. Now where's my coffee and Chunky Chips Ahoy cookies? Seasonal layoff is quickly going by. If the last couple years are any indication, I should be back to work in 4-5 weeks.
Morning All, 44* looks like it may rain today so not much going on outside. Pray everyone has a great day.
God Bless
Butch

HI All..
Doc, they did them standing up...
Had me twist the palm out for one.
Turn part sideways for another and face away for one.
No pulling.
Actually, feels a lot better now with the arm resting in the sling and the meds to knock down the inflammation.
I can move it a lot better, just have to go slow.
I'm hoping it's just tendons or muscle that I aggravated.
Time will tell!!
SF ALL !!!
:usmc:
Fifty Degrees all weekend and Rain.
Can you say " Spring " ??? :).
Prayers Outbound for All in need.
Semper Fi,
Rocky
