Going back to the Corps?

I was honorably discharged from the Marine Corps in July of 2011. It's been over a year and I flat out miss it. When I got out, the Marine Corps was downsizing and I was wondering what the likeliness of being able to go back in, whether it be active duty or reserve. Never NJP'ed or anything like that.
