I am not happy with this. The cut off for all other benifits is 30 percent. I know I am biased because I am 40 percent and dont get the concurrent payment.
Who can I email to get this off my chest and hope to put a bug in someones ear?

LMAO...good luck! There is nothing you can do. The reason concurrent receipt was passed was for the veternas who are disabled to the point where the miss work or can not work. The amounts don't vary much. I have not seen where this will be a positive outlook. In my opinion, retired pay should not be taxed. Disability pay is already tax free. The only difference in this new legislation is a few dollars.
