Don't even start. lol. What kind of training did you do to get her down to 10:00? I'm convinced I'll run the next IST in under 12:00, I can just FEEL it. I've got 2 and half weeks before I ship; let's see if I can meet the 10-minute challenge!
I'm having a hard time picturing this. lol. But at least the name makes sense; I still don't understand why Chinese sit-ups are called "Chinese sit-ups"...
